Time is running out on a bill that could pave the way for Pandora and other Webcasters to pay reduced royalty rates, as traditional radio broadcasters are now trying to kill the legislation.
Westergren said the NAB’s efforts to kill the bill is nothing more than an attempt to stifle the burgeoning Web

The rap video–featuring her fellow CERN interns dancing in the gigantic particle accelerator some 300 feet underground on the French-Swiss border–has been viewed on YouTube mor

Swansea is not a city that every swan would choose as its home. Its average monthly temperature never exceeds 19 degrees Centigrade–yes, 66 degrees Fahrenheit. But its city council tries to make it a livable place.
The strange thing is that this is not the first time Wales has been lost in mistranslation. Cyclists between the Welsh cities of Penarth and Cardiff in 2006 were somewhat surprised to see a bilingual road sign telling them they had problems with an “inflamed bladde

Project M was officially announced at the Pop!Tech 2008 ideas summit, which took place in Camden, Maine, last week. The project arose from the Pop!Tech Accelerator program, a social-innovation incubator designed to foster breakthrough, interdisciplinary solutions to major global challenges.
This isn’t the first time cell phones have been employed in the battle against AIDS. In August, a catchy “condom, condom” ringtone made its debut as part of a three-year ad campaign aimed
